Lie flat on your back on the ground.
Keep both palms at a distance of 15 cm from your body.
Keep the palms open upwards and keep the fingers lightly bent or bent.
Keep both legs straight and do not stick them together. Keep a distance between the two legs and be very calm and lie in a relaxed posture.
Keep both eyes closed and head and spine absolutely straight.
Do not bend or tilt the neck or head.
