Steps to Do Ustrasana Or Camel Pose:

To do this, sit on a clean and flat ground.
After this, spread both legs towards the front, slowly bend both legs from the knees, sit in Vajrasana.
Try bending backward and touching the ankles of the feet with the palms of both hands.
Now slowly try to get upwards.
Now keep both hands at the waist and bend backward comfortably.
