Steps to Do Ustrasana Or Camel Pose:

Step 1:

To do this, sit on a clean and flat ground.

Step 2:

After this, spread both legs towards the front, slowly bend both legs from the knees, sit in Vajrasana.

Step 3:

Try bending backward and touching the ankles of the feet with the palms of both hands.
