Steps To Do Chakrasana Or Urdhva Dhanurasana:
First of all, lay a mat or pedestal on clean and flat ground
Now lie back on the ground in a state of embalming

Now, folding the elbows of both hands, place the hands on the ground near the ear in such a way that the fingers stick to the shoulders and the palms on the flat ground.
Now leave the body loose and breathe deeply.
With the legs and arms straight, raise the waist, back, and chest upwards. Try to move the head towards the waist and while holding the body up, hold the breath.
