What Is Vriksasana or Tree Pose?
The name comes from the Sanskrit words Vrik meaning “Tree” and “Asana” meaning “Yoga Posture”.
While doing this asana, one leg should bend, keeping the other leg firmly on the ground. Standing on one leg, hands have to be brought above the head. Steps To Do Vriksasana or Tree Pose:
Step 1:
Stand up straight.
Step 2:
Bend the right knee and rest the paws of the right foot on the left thigh as high as possible.
Step 3:
Eddy is upwards and claws are on the ground.
Step 5:
Stand straight while balancing the weight of the entire body on the left leg.

Step 6:
When the balance is properly formed, then raise the arms and add both palms directly above the head to the salutation posture.
Step 7:
